True team spirit Free Sky for all employees Continuous development opportunities leading to recognised qualifications On-site support Great location, close to the city centre Multiple campaigns all working to achieve 1 goal Recognised for a job well done

Cons

If you are not looking for a challenge but an easy, 9-5 office job this is not the job for you.

Flexibility, unless there are random overtime requirements.

Cons

Just seemed like no one ever knew what they were doing. Pretty much everyone always complained about something. Sometimes the network would randomly go down. Pay stubs were not always clear and transparent. Everything was straight commission. Not really a "career".

There are some really decent people who are unfortunately stuck working here.

Cons

Anyone above senipr executive level have only self preservation in mind. India owned company so only concerned with profits. Redundancies take place on an annual basis. Corruption widespread.
