Pros

The company's environment and the professionalism is top notch and its a joy to be part of this organization.

Cons

The cafeteria, whilst spacious and pleasant, can a whole lot better if there is better management of cleanliness and a well organized area for the disposal of used dishes. And revamping of vendors time and again in relation to the menu that would encourage us as employees to eat better and healthier if those options were also available.

the chance to advance their careers as well as exposure to global workplaces, flexible work schedules, and the growth of skills that are valuable regarding customer care and communications which makes it a desirable option for a lot of people.

Cons

Forced to do Overtime and SAC OFF when we do have plans of our Offs, Mean while had changes on our offs
