Great place to grow – recently promoted to Team Leader

Fast-paced environment that helps you learn quickly and develop leadership skills. Recognition comes in the form of promotions and performance rewards (I was recently promoted to Team Leader). Exposure to different processes and client interactions, which keeps the work interesting. Colleagues and managers are approachable and supportive, making it easier to adapt and grow. Good platform for building both professional and personal confidence.

Cons

More structured training sessions would be helpful—especially since growth happens fast here. It would make transitions into new roles even smoother.

Where to start, -managers don’t care if you’re being screamed at and will sit back and watch you be verbally abused and still have the audacity to tell you you’re in the wrong. - the toilets are never sanitary and hardly ever have toilet paper - upper management will write you up for taking to short of time on calls for ‘call avoiding’ when in reality you’re taking more calls then other people - the turn over rate are awful more and more people are leaving because of the lack of support

Can never get holidays approved. Never been treated so badly. Have to email your manager the time you go and come back from the toilet. If you are off a call for longer than 30 seconds you have managers messaging you asking what you’re doing. They don’t pay you SSP.

Working at Firstsource is a true rewarding experience. From day one i have felt a strong sense of belonging - the company truly has a family feel that sets it apart. Whether working from home or in the office there is a consistent effort to keep everyone engaged, connected and supported The work life balance is outstanding, which is something i value deeply. leadership encourages flexibility and understands the importance or maintaining personal well being alongside professional responsibilities. I have also seen people climb the ranks from agent, to support to team manager myself included. What also stands out is the camaraderie among colleagues. Everyone gets along well and there's a strong team spirit that makes collaboration easy and enjoyable. The pay is competitive and the benefits package is fantastic - Simplyhealth for example has been a real bonus.

Salary is low as compared to the market standards Lots of politics and only certain type of people gets promoted and rewarded. Managers are so horrible. No humanity towards people you will be treated like labourers
