If there were any, I would have said.

Cons

Terrible company. Shocking management. Stay well clear. Modern Slavery. Management / trainers mare are shocking. Treated lesser then management. Awful culture and condescending rude training people.

Pros

None, poor training, long hours, strict school like policies for no reason, dealing with customers fed up of being harassed

Cons

Same as above, takes a real toll on mental health for some and management speak to staff terribly

Pros

One of the reasons could be the training staff, the HR and the TL's who are so supportive and helpful with everything. The Manager do understand us personally and help us figure a way out. The canteen no doubt is the best and most affordable. The staff members are really very helpful and cheering.

Cons

There are quiet a lot of deductions in the incentives. For eg: If taken an AL the incentive that is £20 is cut off which doesn't make sense caused AL is meant to be an off which shouldn't affect the incentive if not working on that day.

Very few other than meeting some really good people.

Cons

• Micromanaging to the absolute extreme. • Complete and utter lack of engagement from top to bottom. • Genuinely feels like working in a concentration camp. • Stat-bashing to the extreme. • Absolutely slaughtered with call volumes from the start of the shift to the end with minimal offline time and refuse to give 5-10 minutes ad-hoc offline time when really struggling. • ZERO incentives, regardless of how much this is preached during training, its all LIES. • The operations managers are an absolute disgrace, they will promise you a specific request until it comes to it and claim they have no clue what you are talking about. • It seems at the start of every single shift there is a fresh client requirement to be rammed down your throat, which is fine, but they expect you to perform like a robot with little motivation.
