Pros

Flexible hours, training has improved, fully work from home.

Cons

There is no base pay. You get paid by the piece. Piece rates are often not reflective of the work actually needing to be done. They sell it like you can make as much money as you work for but it's not possible to get the work done correctly and make even $15 dollars an hour. This wasn't as much of a problem when they also allowed you to filter for the easier claims to balance it out. Now that's not allowed but the piece rate has not been increased. Often process changes just increase your work load but raises don't really exist because you're just paid by the same piece rate as the brand new guy. Technically there's an hourly rate that's used for training. If there are system issues you pay for it by not being paid. Tons of overtime is expected and essentially required if you want to pay your bills.

Could have earlier finishes, some finishes come at 7:15 (but it’s wfh so not too bad)

Remote work and not much micromanaging

Bad training, Communication is worse and the pay for the work is not enough.

The Management truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at Firstsource is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate helping you if needed. Because Firstsource is growing so rapidly, there are some changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be stressful at times, but overall i would really recommend people to work with Firstsource to make a difference in their work life” Pro's: Positive & Transparent work culture. Friendly Environment. Better Opportunities for Professional Growth. Learning & Development. Excellent Rewards and Recognition to motivate employee's. Company understands work-Life Balance and respects that.

Cons

The Appraisal & Compensation should be scaled up as I see this is the only factor for a drawback at Firstsource. "Appraisal's/Compensation's are the factors that Motivate employees and boost their output"
