-Shows potential. -Some friendly co-workers -Stay Busy -Lenient supervisors -Core Beliefs -Pretty good benefits -Overtime

Cons

-Lenient supervisors -Unmotivated workers -Some employees are overworked and some get paid to be there -Communication between dock and outlet -an overwhelming amount of items being stored -potential safety hazards -understaffed -workers will not pick up a broom, cleaning should be everyone's responsibility it can cause a safety hazard
