They have a lot of benefits for employees and are always willing to listen to your ideas to improve safety/sales/etc.

Cons

Working on concrete all day is hard on the body. Weekly quotes are high and don’t allow for enough time to pull items and tidy up sections of the store.

Overworked and underpaid, can rarely use time off even though you can earn up to 6 weeks, expensive health insurance, upper management is all politics, high turn over rates
