Pros

Different types of people, loved all the different types of fashion and various items you see that get donated. Everything has a backstory and loved hearing it from different types of people. Loved working with various types of organizations. Great pay and great incentives

Cons

Didn't like the fact that they weren't flexible with schedule, denied various growth opportunities, managers were rude in how they spoke to you especially the store manager or area manager, rude volunteers, and inconsistencies in communication between management.
