Strict micro-management Can be unaccommodating to injury, sickness, death in the family, disability, etc. Watched through cameras by management and above at all times Many broken essentials in the store that took months to get fixed (phone, case doors, equipment) Work standards raised while employee numbers lessened

Technology systems used and HR work well with employees. That is what I love about the company.

Cons

Strict policies rules and lack of transparency when it comes to rewarding workers when meeting corporate quotas are one of the biggest cons.
