      Pros

      Very family oriented with workplace flexibility. Goodwill is a diverse organization and values the leadership abilities of the young and old. Better pay than you'd expect for a non-profit organization.

      Cons

      Can be slower to come around with trends in the workplace.

      Pros

      Good employees and customers. Good to see regulars come in daily or weekly looking for a deal.

      Cons

      Poor management team who do not listen to the voices of the employees. No encouragement or positive roles to lead by example. Micro managing. Says one thing but the bosses/team leads will do another Poor work environment with extreme heat and cold, even inside the processing area. Overpriced items, even if they aren't in 100% condition. Wants to sell trash for money. No merit raise.
