Pros

They will hire pretty much anyone.

Cons

You are not appreciated, treated very poorly. Management talks poorly about employees to each other and to other employees. You are often times made to feel bad if you need time off or requesting vacation time and they are known for retaliation if you do not agree with everything they say/do.

Pros

Lots of old-school products that you cannot purchase anywhere else but at a Goodwill retail chain. Great savings and discounts on clothes.

Cons

Terrible hours. Extreme psychical labor with no overtime or severance pay. Managers are complete self-centered egomaniacs who won't lift a finger but will demean you for the slightest errors while continuing to help employees with next to nothing. Products are often sold in the store that has already been used. DVD's with no CD's inside the case are routinely sold as boxed movies to deceive customers.

Pros

1.It’s a job I guess 2. Really nothing else except like 5-6 people that I’m cool with.

Cons

1. Management treats you like complete garbage for trying to hit the unrealistic goals & do back breaking work for a subpar wage. Modern day slavery. 2. Schedule wise they throw you around 24/7. No consistency whatsoever. Either too little hours, too little days or too many hours & too many days to the point of burnout. 3.Theyre really all about the numbers, they’re trying to make a profit out of this even though they are classified as a nonprofit which kinda puzzles me. 4. Why salvage a certain color of clothing when you’re putting out more of that same color of clothing? Backwards thinking. 5. Management sits around on there butts all day until the store closes and then decides to finally do cashiering. Don’t help anyone else if they ask them, just expect everyone to do it for themselves.
