Corporate don't care about employees at all. I was salary and working 88-96 hours a week and it still wasn't good enough for them.

25% discount in store, customers were usually enjoyable. The open and closing hours are manageable as well.

Cons

Pretty much the entire job was a con. From miserable hours to miserable treatment by management
