Pros

Helping customers with disabilities overcome difficulties and teaching them career development skills. Management encouraged and provided continuous training and self-improvement workshops.

Cons

Management seemingly turned their heads when supervisors were managing and treating their staff poorly, which some were notorious for. Not much room for advancement.

Pros

Nice people to work with. Great place to start out at if you need job experience or trying to get back on your feet.

Cons

Not much room for advancement depending on department. Budgets for the work spaces are at a minimum, so trying to get basic office equipment like chairs can be challenging. Low pay.
