Great place to work. Decent pay. It's not a very stressful job. The coworkers and customers are very friendly.

Cons

I really don't have any cons about the job. Sometimes the store gets really busy and messy and it's hard to put things aways to keep it clean while still giving the best customer service.

You're not working for a paycheck but a purpose. Inviting to new ideas. Allows input on hiring. Fun job. Never a dull day.

Cons

The pay is very low. I was promised a raise after 90 days which never happened. The company's disciplinary policies are too relaxed which allow people to continue bad conduct and keep their jobs. Executive management micromanages and doesn't even know what it is the department does.
