Pros
Ther are no pros. Good will only employs personnel that has a hard time getting employment elsewhere. Thats why the pay is horrible, turnover rate is high and hourly associates are treated with little to no dignity and respect.
Cons
Borderline slavery with low pay for hourly employee Employees are expendable and not really put into company equation If you cant make the numbers you are immediately replaced.
