Pros

They have free parking, a nice atrium, most of the staff is nice and friendly

Cons

Major micro-managing. If there is a complaint - the employee is automatically judged to be wrong and disciplined accordingly. There are 'forced fun' activities, where the ED comes around to remind you that you need to attend a function/activity - these generally consist of employees sitting at tables and trying to act like they are having fun. Usually no recognition for a job well done.

Pros

Slight discount for employees Half off on special tagged items

Cons

Goodwill has a high turnover rate. That's why it's so easy to get hired there because people are ALWAYS quitting. The managers are highly unprofessional. They are unorganized, they talk about coworkers and customers on the main floor, they play favorites, and it's hard to get promotions.
