1. We're not allowed shop at our own store, which I think is a stupid rule because it would increase profit. 2. We're not allowed to accept tips for our hard work (if we do we're told to turn it in to the store of face termination) 3. No employee appreciation, Store manager receives a bonus check if the store does well while the employees get rapid reward (goodwill money) which is only worth 50¢ on the dollar 4. Store managers overwork us to assure that goals are met so that they get their bonus check We barely make ends meat and the ceo is paid $400,000 a year

More like a company than an organization Has a corporate hierarchy feel Department management is atrocious Cameras installed in the eCommerce department to watch employees at every moment Daily listing reports from each Lister required to compare who did the most listings Employees are under appreciated
