Pros

You feel like youre working with a purpose. Goodwill has a great mission that supports their communities. Benefits are good, PTO is very generous, people are great to work with. Every day is different, which keeps it exciting.

Cons

It seems like Goodwill is losing sight of the mission. So many programs have shut down since covid, its hard to work for a company that you dont know if thats even their mission anymore. Things turned into a money grab, and again, for what mission? Many budgets continuously get cut, but the expectations to produce are pushed so hard, it causes a lot of unnecessary stress and burnout.
