Pros

They do have good benefits and they do alot for the community. They help you overcome all barriers to get a job

Cons

They are very greedy and don't pay enough. Once you get a job they don't help with barriers and they look for every reason to get rid of you. Management is horrible and snakes in the grass

Run by politics, CEO doesn't care

Pros

This place used to be a great place to work. Rob Neville is single handedly turning this place into a conservative nightmare. He has fully eliminated anything DEI, removing all autonomy from ERG groups and refusing to allow the Pride flag to be flown. He won't allow any pride events on premises. On top of that, he is letting people go left and right who actually care about the mission. This place is too heavy, with a CEO making way too much than he deserves. Anyone still employed there...leave while it is still your choice. They're coming for you.

Cons

Literally everything. They don't even try to make it a nice place to work anymore.
