Pros

The pros were that it paid well, the hours were flexible, and it was close to where I lived. I rode my bicycle there almost every day.

Cons

I was on my feet all day, I did so much heavy lifting that by the end of my work shift, I barely had any energy to ride myself home.

My experience at Goodwill has been at best lukewarm. You are not compensated based on performance or experience but whether management likes you or if you are related in some form or fashion.

Pros

The only pros was that some of my coworkers were very nice and down to earth relieving some of the stress that comes along with the job.

Cons

You are only promoted by position which means that you are stuck at a pay rate.Goodwill only pays just above minimum wage.
