You have an opportunity to help others change their lives. Personally, I have grown. I now have the ability to work in an extremely hostile work environment, yet was still able to survive and thrive!

Cons

Promotions are subjective - who like you? If you cannot work in an environment with fulltime employees working an average of 12-15 hours per week max, but those same employees are promoted and given professional training, then Goodwill is not the place for you!

Poor pay no encouragement upper management gives no guidance or direction, simply wait for you to make a mistake so they can attack!
