Pros

The only pros I can think of is other co-workers are fun to work with, other than that I can not think of any.

Cons

I wouldn't recommend working for goodwill clearance center, in south phoenix. They expect you to work your butt of for minimum wage, you can not live off of minimum wage. Management sucks, they do not care about their employees, the turn over rate is unbelievable and that's because they don't care about their employees. I would have liked to stay because of my co-workers and my boss Ginger, but I can't live off of 8.05 an hour, so I found a new job making 12.35$ and other attendance bonuses and other bonuses.

Pros

Easy money, the job is not difficult. You get a lot of experience as they cross train you ( by the way, the cash register training is great). Nice people to work with ,both managers and co-workers. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Not much room for advancement, no raises even if you do an excellent job and if you get a raise after a very long time it is very small.
