Pros

Helps the community, hires with criminal background (only exception is theft of any sort), 20% employee discount, hires individuals with disabilities

Cons

Does not promote from within, does not pay enough for the amount of labor required, only eligible for a raise once a year in July. My last annual raise was only $0.18. Upper management does not listen when you voice concerns or issues within the store, donated goods makes all the money for the company while not making a suitable wage meanwhile corporate office workers make a good wage doing much less work.
