Pros

You get great benefits, even for part time. There are opportunities to move into another position at your current store, or another store. They are helping the environment greatly by keeping tons and tons of stuff out of the landfill. They have two classifications for full time. One is full time 40 hours, the other full time 30 hours.

Cons

On feet all day.

Personally, it is a consistent and reliable work. One thing for sure is that you will learn and also develop good work ethics, and you will acquire a sense of pride about the work you do or have done

Cons

Working with others and accepting that everyone is different and at various levels of working capabilities and communication skills.
