This position gave me experience in a new area of business and the opportunity to advance.

Cons

The only con that I was only on a casual season employee and I would have like to continue as a permanent employee to assist all departments & learn more of Department of transportation & Contracting business knowledge.

Pros

Fun and interesting place to work. Felt good to work for a company that promotes recycling and has a mission to help disadvantaged people find jobs. Customers were friendly and had lots of repeat customers that you get to know.

Cons

Had to stay later than scheduled shift quite often to ckean up. Customers left merchandise for you to pick up everywhere.

Cons

After working for them for 3 years they still did want to promote me, same case with various other employees.
