Feeling great about giving back to the community when you your self needed that extra push of encouragement. Making the differance in 1 persons life and knowing that you had something to do with that.

Cons

Not being able to do more for the participants. When you can see that some thing are just is out of your control.

Provides excellent training for position, good written policy and procedure manual to ensure understanding of expectations, good benefits, good salary and bonus plan, only retail position offering every other weekend off

Cons

No autonomy for managing store, too many hours when co- manager is off through vacation or illness. Typical retail environment problems : abuse of restrooms, dressing rooms, difficult customers. Lack of appreciation by upper management, lack of input from frontline management to upper management,
