-dense management who clearly never went to school beyond HS -favoritism -unreachable quotas -ridiculous rules of conduct -stupid employees who got away with anything by wooing over management

it states in writing that any time with in a year if you get 15 points,then that means automatic termination. 3 points for each time you call in sick. Then when you call in sick for the final time (Meaning 15 points total) they try to tell you that it;s your choice not to come in so your quitting!! I'm running a fever of 103. My life means way more to me than my job!! Oh, and a Drs note will mean absolutely nothing!

Great to be able to give back to the community and international islands. Great people in the industry.

Cons

Needs more organization within the company. Needs a better bonus structure, increase pay grades for all titles.
