Easy work and decent pay for starting out.

Cons

Went through 3 General managers, They don't work with students very well without having to constantly remind them of scheduling. Expect you to do your work ontop of everyone elses.

Not the greatest communication between managers and employees Annoying customers Good workers end up picking up the slack of not so good workers, and get more responsibility put on them for being reliable, but there's no rewards for being reliable and a good worker
