Pros

Relatively easy to obtain employment here. Simple process to transfer to other stores.

Cons

You will do plenty of manual labor for very low pay. Beware advertised job opening titles... it’s either cashier or donation attendant. Don’t expect a position grading wares or electronics or clothing any time soon. Expect constant hustle and heavy lifting with little help.

-easy job but too much work for the pay

Cons

- unprofessional management -management can fire you for No reason - a lot of work for the Pay - they claim they have pay raises which is a lie, my coworker been working for almost a decade and has had no pay raise, makes minimum wage
