Pros

Discounts on products, as well as additional coupons, benifits 401k insurance isn't the worst allot of awesome stuff at the stores.

Cons

Horrible compensation compared to the work you do, and sickness you get. Corporate profits so much, and your stuck at minimum wage with a possible 10 cent raise yearly. Oh and it's a completely sexist enviroment

A few bonuses for the whole company and the discount is 30%. The environment is a lot better than other retail places

Cons

Not much room for moving up in the company and not competitive salary. Could use more incentives and easier access to benefits

The management try to make up excuses to not give out the annual raises. They put the company first but what about the associates? They come last. There is no way to move up I was there more over 12 yrs and there was no chance, had to quit because I wasn't given a choice. management it's quite awful and very unreliable sometimes they are actually up to get you
