They are a store outlet that offers quality products and clothing that people donate, and the prices are really affordable.

Pros

Flexible hours, good management (depending on location - I transferred and the whole job got much better). The job itself is pretty easy, and they generally let you stick with what you're good at but let you do different stuff if you're really bored.

Cons

Not much opportunity for advancement; workload can be a lot depending on if the store is understaffed. Basically everything depends on the needs of the store - but that's just a fact of working retail.

Love working here! The management team is amazing and frendly and everyone has a great personality. Enjoy working with my coworkers and actually look forward to going to work everyday. Very flexible with schedules.

Cons

Once in awhile alittle favoritism but never gets out of control nor a major issue.
