Pros

Working in Customer Service was rewarding to see how the public react to their purchases to see them happy was my goal.

Cons

When the bathroom went out of order employees had to use the Portable restrooms in back of the store, where angry customers would greet you with threats when caught alone because the restrooms was out of order

Pros

flexible schedule, great helping job

Cons

Super bad management. Its not all about being non profit. Its a numbers game with other stores where they have us beg for round ups when they work us like dogs and give us old used vacuums to clean the store. And theft in the store is unreal. We were the easiest mark in town for anyone especially drug addicts who needed a quick buck. And when Goodwill does not care about it the whole community suffers. They are basically enabling the drug dealers to rule and rain. And the cops don't really care either
