best part about working for goodwill that you do get trained with benefits. fair with you requesting days off ect..

Cons

my challenges are not being able to meet my /our financial goal with the amount of work that I / we have been putting in. also with the donation we have been getting. since the store set up to the grand opening to now

Pros

The co-workers tend to be great people and easy to get along with. The customers can be wonderful to interact with when they truly want to make a difference in their community.

Cons

Poor work life balance. Management higher up isn't any good, and typically don't hire good store managers that can mesh well with the employees they are managing. Doing several tasks that are intended for multiple people.
