Pros

Working? There are no pros to this job. Dirty items to display, nothing provided by company for standing in one place on feet for eight hours. Not even mats. Really?

Cons

Working, but hungry. Not able to go to doctor due to pay but point system used against you, Managers too young and inexperienced to deal with real life. sweat job. Taking advantage of the people who need them the most.

Pros

You will receive paid time off.

Cons

New Management made it their mission to get rid of all employees hired under the former store manager. Employees were either fired or quit. Next, every week new employees were hired, and they quit 2 days to week after being hired. Also, management talked down to employees. If you tell one manager something in confident, he/she will go tell the other manager this information. Finally, unfortunately customers have to wait in long lines to pay for items, because they are short staffed in the front of the store.

Pros

It's a full time job with benefits. Easy to get hired and will work with school scheduling. Coworkers and customers were very nice.

Cons

High turnover rate. Absolutely poor management. You're expected to do WAY too much work for abysmal pay with little to no help from management. Stores are perpetually understaffed and management has no clue how to schedule for retail peak days. Professionalism is nonexistent. Highly stressful environment where making sales is the name of the game at all costs.
