Flexible, long-distance, and as long as you have a stable internet connection you´re able to work anywhere.

Cons

As a non-domestic interpreter (meaning that you work outside of the United States of America) your payroll and labor contract is managed by a third party.

Good job, rewarding experience and convenient work at home location. schedule flexibility is a highlight. Ihd is very responsive and helpful. little to no issues with the linc application.

Cons

subpar pay for qualified interpreters. contract agreement are trash. poor feedback and training. management is virtually non existent. no incentives for being well educated and conducting job to perfection.
