Pros

It is home office and you reduce a lot of expenses. You don't have direct supervision and you don't need time to move to an office.

Cons

The salary is awful and they are very strict with time and absences. They will deduct a lot of your paycheck for tardies on your shift.

Pros

-Ok work schedule -ok pay Honesty, this job is not the greatest in the world, its an ok job if you are bilingual and cant find anything else in your area, it helped me since I wanted to focuse on my last year at Uni and I was working from home.

Cons

The pay isnt that great, especially since you get a base salary and the extra minutes are the deciding factor on your check. The first couple of months working from home or alright but you start to get exhuasted being home all day
