Pros

Work from home. Weekend off.

Cons

Constant evaluations make feel worry all the time, about losing your job. It's an outsourcing through Human Quality. You won't get all the benefits as by the law here in Mexico.

Pros

You get a lot of experience without the need of a degree or special certification, good training and monitoring.

Cons

I am an outsourced employee from Mexico working for around $6 an hour, When you are working with the phone app you get at least 3–5 minutes between calls but with their computer program you get 0, and now you have to fill questioners. So, no time to reflect, study, or improve in between calls. We have protocols for long calls and when exhaustion is affecting your ability to interpret, which is funny since, if you transfer the call and hang up you will get another one immediately, so no time to reset from that "exhaustion in a long call". All of that for $6/h (currently, for a medical interpreter), it could be alright if the company was Mexico based, but it is a US based company, so it looks that they are trying so spend less in employees.
