A lot of work, a lot of experience

Cons

Everything from payment to communication. If there's and issue there's no one to talk to. If there's a mistake from there part they try to pin it on interpreters. If there's and issue with costumers, adresses, etc., no one answers the phones. You're basically left on your own and they collect the money. They pay half of what other companies do and they only see profit! They hire anyone to do the job, regardless of quality. Again, just profit for them!

Pros

It's an easy job, just interpreting from Spanish to English and vice versa, I work on site.

Cons

I have been there for a month, on my third pay period and have not received one paycheck. The story is that it was lost in the mail. There are about 15 other people who have had the same trouble. Apparently this is common, other colleagues that have been with Language Line Solutions have stated it took forever to receive their first two paychecks.
