      Work from home is sometimes a good thing

      Cons

      Pay is bad. No pay increase. Won’t even consider. Poor management. Don’t care about employee’s health, especially mental health.

      Work from home. As they Say, if you learn from it is a lesson. If you don’t, is a mistake. I learned!

      I felt total lack of appreciation or understanding by direct supervisor/ coach of the complexity of this job, and the complexity of the situations interpreted. The person “Coaching” me did not know my language. For me, personally, it was a disappointing experience. Perhaps interpreters who agree interpreting, referred by My coach as”primitive” means you must understand this is, as she explained further, a job in which thinking is not a quality, would do well. I had to resign but with you good luck!
