Pros

Good social activities, decent pay for managers

Cons

Not made to feel welcome if you are not one of them. I have been bullied by a whole team but no use complaining because HR will not believe it is bullying. Some Executive team members are too friendly with some managers so I don’t feel I can lodge a complaint. I know at least one employee who was bullied by the line manager who resigned recently. Too much mollycoddling of some staff members and excuses their rude and obnoxious behaviour.

Heavy call volume so heavy training on the job I have stopped working there in 2011

Cons

Everything else sucks. Being constantly watched and scolded for everything despite being on of the best.
