Cons

I started working when I was pregnant . Everytime I called to have off because I had to run to the hospital, they would be very mean and disrespectful. When I had a problem with my phone, they were horrible to me. I had to ask for maternity leave on my 38th week pregnant because management would stress me out a lot.

Cons

The management forced employees to video interpretation and without pay raise. Most people get $14/hr. Also the management deleted posts about pay rate or pay raise in the chatter between employees. Since the interpreters are working at home, the chatter is one of the few ways that people are communicating with each other. No support once you are hired. No rest room time.
