1. Very low pay. They charge clients $3/min and pay you $13/hr. Not a bad business. FOR THEM. 2. Sweatshop conditions. Very short breaks. Not enough time for basic necessities such as food or bathroom. 3. No paid leave at all. 4. Incompetent and arrogant support staffed exclusively by Costa Ricans.

VERY LOW PAY - for 5 years I have had the same hourly rate. - no holiday pay - no salary increase ever. EVER. - no PTO - high demands on low pay - they don't care!
