Pros

I get to work from home.

Cons

Low pay, for this kind of job. Pay raise is basically non existent. More work load without a raise. I started getting all call training, but there was no money compensation with the additional work. I know someone who had quit and then was recruited for All Calls and USCIS call and was offered $20 / hr and benefits with paid vacation, keep in mind this person lives in the same city I do, and was also offered a 9-5 schedule. This is incredible, because why do recruit more people when you're not even offering your employees this. Even if I asked for a raise, they wouldn't bump it up by $2.

Full volume call in different area 10 days no pay vocation

Cons

Too busy between calls, work on all holidays without extra pay. Wage is maybe among the lowest?...
