Working at home, No need for dress up

Cons

Low pay rate considering interpreters are required to be very professional, sophisticated to interact with other high level professionals in various field, and many occasions, subject matters are complex, serious, sensitive. The employer squeezes every drop of use out of interpreters

1. Great training programs. 2.High call volume, great for people who are interested in practcing their consecutive interpretation skills. 3. Work from home.

Cons

1. Not very flexible work schedule. 2. Could be very stressful when the call volume is too high. 3. Pay is too low. I felt like a machine.
