Pros

The travel and corporate card per diem for meals each day. The services the company provides is needed and beneficial.

Cons

There is no work life balance! You are told there is a new assignment at the very last minute and expected to book the cheapest travel whether that’s a 10 hour travel day they do not care. Don’t have anything come up unexpectedly management is unsympathetic, rude, and will talk to you as though you are not all adults. Even when you are working from home you are micromanaged to the point if you step away from your work phone for a minute and management calls you are questioned as though you’ve not been productive. The implementation team is treated unfairly in every aspect from not being apart of meetings that directly affected us even to the way they handled this pandemic. It was not a good experience whatsoever, there is absolutely no morale.

Pros

work from home is possible.

Cons

First of all , when interpreters are interpreting a supervisor comes on the line without making his/her presence known. So you don't know they are listening to you. second, they contacted me via email and asked me to be a trainer. Withing one day, they denied what they had said previously. There is not organized management and I even don't know who is my supervisor or manager. So if I want to put their name as a refrence when I apply for a new job, it is impossible. I have been looking for another job, they pays more, has descent management, and I know who is my manager so I can solve the job-related problems.
