Actually I don’t see any pros.

Cons

Cheap company, you have to keep checking your hours otherwise they always pay you less than you worked besides it’s a very low salary for what you’re required to do. Employees are rude, don’t respond to your support requests, if they do, not providing the information you needed. Employees don’t care, typical behavior of employees that are not well paid. Health insurance is terrible, I went for an annual exam and had to pay a lot of money for a regular visit and blood work. Terrible company to work for!

Work from home. Flexible schedule. The satisfying sense of helping others.

Cons

Back to back calls sometimes. Low pay. No paid vacation time. No holidays off since this company runs 24/7 the whole year, and if your shift falls on a holiday, it's still regular pay. Rude customers (typically doctors) sometimes.
