Pays relatively well, you can work from home, health benefit is really decent

extremely poor communication, worked for 4 years still dont know what is hour HR or POC is when stuff happens

Pros

Work at home, fixed shif time, pay is on time.

Cons

Lack of "human" back up service when you have needs on tech or holiday; need to pay your own health insurance (full time), no insurance (part time); need to pay for your own office expense; phone come in continuously whch means you will keep working from min 1 of your shift to the last min, even OT.
