Pros

Work from home so very convenient for a one-car household.

Cons

When calling help desk for technical issues the agents were rude and behaved as if they were volunteers and not paid employees.

- $20/hr not bad for part time work - work from home

Cons

- Interpretation (across various fields, not only one specialized field) requires interpreters to be knowledgable in EVERYTHING in both languages, the wage is good for a regular part-time but for this kind of mentally-draining task that requires much knowledge and hard work, it's honestly not enough. - hiring process and training process take around 1-3 months. I was going to do it for a while for some extra cash but there's unpaid online training that you need to do in your own time, I'm only skimming information and it took me around 2 days. time-consuming yet unpaid.
