Nothing really besides the remote work

Cons

One of the worst companies ever, bad pay, bad benefits, they exploit interpreters with no breaks between calls. Pay lowly amount. No benefits!!

Pros

Literally only option for carless people.

Cons

These people will pay you dirty cheap and get away with it, but it’s catching up to them since they’re getting sued. Expect everything good and provides training to excel yet pays the bare minimum. Yea this company is great to USERS, sure, but it definitely hates its employees. People watch you like a hawk up in here and also LISTEN IN TO CALLS THAT ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MONITORED. It’s uncomfortable to hear criticism from someone who obviously gets paid more for less work as well. Get your company in order and please respect your long term employees.

Pros

Work from comfortable home, no communte.

Cons

Besides back to back calls high volume calls, abusive QA review, and difficult to change schedule ...etc. Everybody can search from "Great Place to Work (GPTW)" , and know that the did not win the reward, this year 2024, last year 2023 and the year before 2022... however, they posted a lie on the internal employee page "Interpreter Portal", they photo edited a fake award medal sign for 2023 - 2024, From what we can see, last win updated in 2020 on the GPTW page, this is a shame, acam company need to lie to their employee about bad report.
