      There are no Pros, except you can work from home. One full first month training.

      Remote job Equipment provided Ok schedules

      Cons

      B2b all year long, no holidays off, burn out is real! Only 15 seconds in between calls. Always having to submit tickets for every little thing. Pay is not worth it for the amount of calls and burn out you experience.

      Higher pay than usual work but only because it's night shift.

      Cons

      Graveyard shift (US time), might not be great for your health if too long.
